We offer Free Mainland UK standard delivery on all orders. Delivery will be made between Monday and Friday.

CLASSIC ARCO FLOOR LAMP DELIVERY

We at present are unable to offer next day delivery for the Arco Floor Lamp Range.

The product is delivered by courier service on a pallet. The base of the lamp weighs 65kg, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are able to get the product into their house.

Please note we must receive a valid phone number with your order so the courier can arrange delivery.

OTHER INFORMATION

We use Yodel 72 hour service, Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class and UK Mail Next Day depending on what delivery option you have selected.

We offer a tracking system depending on which delivery option you have selected.
Please note we are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been placed.

If no one is available to take delivery from our couriers, a calling card will be left. If you do not contact the courier, a further two delivery attempts will be made. If the courier is still unable to deliver after this point the goods will be returned back to Iconic Lights.

In the unlikely event of goods being unavailable for dispatch within 7 days, you will be contacted by our customer service team and will be given the option to cancel your order without penalty.

UK Bank holidays are not classified as delivery days; please allow an extra working day for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays detailed below:

  • 25th December 2014 - Christmas Day
  • 26th December 2014 - Boxing Day 
  • 1st January 2015 - New Year's Day
  • 3rd April 2015 - Good Friday
  • 6th April 2015 - Easter Monday
  • 4th May 2015 - Early May Bank Holiday
  • 25th May 2015 - Spring Bank Holiday
  • 31st August 2015 - Summer Bank Holiday

 

Returns

Refunds & Returns 

At Iconic Lights we offer a 14 day no questions asked money back guarantee.

You must contact us in writing (letter or email) on the below contact details, quoting your name, item code and order number from your invoice within 14 days of delivery of any goods to be returned, shortages, or if you wish to report any damaged or faulty goods.

The date of delivery will be recorded by our courier.

Once we have your contact details, our customer service team will contact you to help resolve the issue and in the case of returning goods we will assist you with the necessary action to be taken.

All Goods must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all other associated components sent with them such as light bulbs and fixing packs.

Goods should not have been installed, modified or used in any way and should be in an undamaged condition. The cost of returning the Goods and insuring them against loss or damage will be deducted from the refund of the purchase price if a collection is arranged by Iconic Lights.

Alternatively Goods can be sent back by your own method of transportation at your own cost.

Your refund will be made within 14 days of return of the Goods.

Damaged Goods

You should examine your goods at point of delivery. If the package is damaged please sign delivery paperwork ‘accepted packaged damaged’ or if you wish, refuse the delivery.

You must contact us in writing (letter or email), quoting your name, item code and order number from your invoice within 14 days of delivery of any damaged goods to be returned.

Warranty/Guarantee

Iconic Lights guarantees all goods (excluding light bulbs) for 1 year from the date of receipt against defective parts, materials and manufacture.

A qualified electrician must carry out installation of goods to applicable standards where relevant otherwise this guarantee will be void.

If goods have become damaged as a result of misuse this warranty is void. After 14 working days from the date of delivery, goods returned will be repaired or replaced dependent upon the nature of the fault.

These conditions are in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 and your statutory rights are not affected.
